I am a licensed real estate professional with extensive experience. I am also a dedicated professional who is very detailed and driven to give every seller the support they need to go through the closing and negotiations process.

I work in the closing department as the point person to oversee everything from contract to closing. This includes: reviewing inspection, securing repair estimates, follow up with buyer’s lender, and managing buyer’s final walk through inspection and final settlement.

I believe strongly that closings deserve and demand specialization.  Agents that are a “jack of all trades” become a “master of none”.  That is why the Marti Hampton team has a specialized closing department that is focused on YOUR home’s closing.
