We believe that the Coming Soon program works. Our daughter and son-in-law's home sold a few years ago on Day 1 of the listing without ever being on MLS.

We always remember the fun we had finding our house in Raleigh.  You made that house possible and when we had to relocate, you were their for us.  We have always remembered your kindness and professionalism. 

I volunteer at a senior center on Mondays and Tuesdays I am a baby cuddlier at our local University hospital. Les is considering working part time and is on the hunt. We always have fond memories of Raleigh and our friends and consider you in that group. Life must agree with you as you look amazing. Blessing and take care!

Just want to say thank you to you and your staff for selling our/my parent's house and closing the deal.  Special thanks go to Lydia and Mary Amonns who stayed on top of things through out the entire listing.  They always returned my calls and answered my questions. They kept me abreast of everything going on.  Mary was great at giving pep talks and keeping my nerves from getting to frazzled especially during the crazy closing. LOL  Lydia was great too.  This is what I call professionalism and customer service at its best.  I know we all would have liked to have been able to sell it for more but in this market I feel very blessed to have sold it.  When you first listed it, I remember you saying it would be sold by this summer.  You your team made it happen.   My only regret was not finding out about you and your team when we first put it on the market.  I know who I will call on first when the time comes to put my house on the market.   Again I can't thank you all enough for all your hard work.  Any time I get a chance I will recommend anybody I know buying or selling a house to you and your team.

 

With the Thanksgiving  &  Christmas season not to far away from around the corner, -I just want to say enjoy be merry and have a great new year.

My experience started in April of 2011 when a local radio ad reminded me of Marti Hampton's reputation for being the best realtor in NC. Naomi started the ball rolling and was so professional and thorough that I knew I was going to well taken care of throughout the selling process. Lydia guided the process next and when I received an offer within 2 weeks of my townhome being listed, it was Marti herself who took charge and then completed the offer acceptance process quickly and with a "win-win" result for both the buyer and myself. Debra took over at that point and handled every last detail with incredible expertise and care so that the closing went perfectly. Having Team Marti sell my home was the best decision I could have made and it made my trip down "Seller's Lane" a first class experience every step of the way. My sincere thanks to all of you!

I was going to wait until the money is wired into my account before I said thank you but I'm feeling pretty cocky and confident. Just a big thank you for all your help. I know we weren't the easiest family to deal with (my brother, different smells, many nail holes hee) but I really do appreciate everything. My whole family does. Today is the 5 yr anniversary of my mother's death. I'd like to think she was supervising everything today to make sure all went well. I feel bad having to give up the house, but I just couldn't afford it. Hopefully the new owners will prosper there. I'm glad I'll actually have some money in the bank. Wishing you all well..

Debra, thanks for all your help.  Having dealt with the Dept of Defense for over 42 years I understand how things happen beyond our control.
Both Judy and I said we would look back on this experience and laugh some day, just not right now. Again, thanks and please thank Marti and Mary for us.  I can’t imagine the hoops you all are jumping through with all of these new finance rules and the folks who are losing their investments in their homes.
