I want to take a moment to brag on one of your agents Jennifer Harris. In Dec. 2011 I had the privilege of meeting Jennifer. She took over for a gentleman that left your agency. I immediately liked her and felt that she would do whatever she could to make the purchase of a home for me and my little girls seamless.
As it turned out, the purchase was anything but…and I probably would have quit long before the deal was sealed if it had not been for Jennifer’s knowledge and hard work in getting me all of the answers and information I requested. She was up late, worked on the weekends and was immediately available for me. I could not have asked for ANYTHING more. She was wonderful.
Buying a house was a huge investment for me. I would not have done it had it not been for Jennifer. I would recommend her to ANYONE buying or selling a home.

Marti, Having use you as our selling agent previously, it did not take much thinking to decide who to use when we began looking to purchase again. Just wanted to say that we could not have been more please with Daphne as our buyers agent. She was better than we had even hoped. She was always available, answered or found the answer to all our questions and then some, and was the nicest person to work with during our purchase. I feel that not only did we have a super buyers agent, but now we have a friend. She made the buying process actually fun. Thanks Marti for having Daphne on your team. We always remember the fun we had finding our house in Raleigh.  You made that house possible and when we had to relocate, you were their for us.  We have always remembered your kindness and professionalism. 

I volunteer at a senior center on Mondays and Tuesdays I am a baby cuddlier at our local University hospital. Les is considering working part time and is on the hunt. We always have fond memories of Raleigh and our friends and consider you in that group. Life must agree with you as you look amazing. Blessing and take care!

I can't thank you enough for all your time and help. You have made this so easy. Nobody else could have been as great as you were shelley. I can take up a billboard with my smiling face on it giving you two thumbs up...lol. Really, it was nice to have somebody help with out delay or drama.  The biggest thing was trust and I never once doubted you for a second. Your excellent at what you do!

I just got finished working with Shelley. She was without a doubt the best realtor I have ever worked with. I know our purchase wasnt for a ton of money but she treated us like we were spending a million dollars. All our questions were answered right away and without delay. It's hard to find a trusty worthy person these days, but I never doubted her for a second. She made this purchase very simple. I wish I could do something more than this email to express our true gratitude.

I think at the present time we would like to have communities to look at. Given our location now we are about 15 or twenty minutes from her work, and about the same to the airport.I just don't want for her to have to drive really far. Black Horse Run north Durham was just too far. Black Horse Run where we are now North Raleigh its alright, we would like to see and compare other facilities. Portofino, Clayton was great loved it, just really far commute. What we are trying to now is to focus on the communities, with the option of having a private barn and renting stalls ourselves.
 
All in all it will probably be our last move, she will keep on working an I will hang out with the horses and work around the house. She is worried about long commutes and me getting bored because I like to be around people.
 
We aren't in a big rush and I always use your site, rest assured out of the six I emailed, you are the only one that follows up.

Shelley, I just want to thank everyone for helping me buy my first home. It was both a good and slightly nerve wracking experience! Again, thanks for everything you did for me. You guys rock!!!!! Amanda Dean
